Today we will visit Alejandro and his amazing seed house, organic garden and medicinal plant distillery.

Alejandro is a recognized ¨seed keeper¨ who collects and produces all kind of seeds, mostly native and organic, useful for nutrition and natural medicine. He will take us to his fields to participate in permaculture practices, growing plants for food and seeds, seed collecting and preservation techniques.

 

Afterwards, we will learn about spagyrics, a distillation of the plants according to the position of the cosmos, and discover the nutritional and medicinal properties of nature. At the end of this outdoor and magical morning, we will be ready for lunch and moving to the hotel or to our next activity in the Sacred Valley.
