DAY 1
We will pick you up from Cusco airport and travel through the Andean mountains toward the Sacred Valley of the Incas, allowing for a gentle descent ideal for acclimatization. Along the way, visit the colorful Pisac artisanal market, known for its traditional crafts. Enjoy a fresh, healthy lunch at La Base Lamay, featuring local flavors. In the afternoon, take part in the Lamay Village Experience, a guided walk through the village. Meet local hosts who share their daily activities, including bread baking, guinea pig farming and the preparation of chicha de jora, a traditional fermented corn drink. Taste this ancestral beverage and connect with the cultural essence of Lamay. Short drive or walk to your chosen hotel in Lamay or at the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

DAY 2
MORNING HIKE SIRENACHAYOC, URCO & INKARY MUSEO
The day begins at Lamay, in a quiet town in the Sacred Valley, with coffee and preparation before setting off on a mindful morning walk toward the Sirenachayoc Forest Bath. We walk through Lamay’s streets and native forest trails, enjoying fresh air, cold water, and moments of conscious breathing to connect body and nature. On our return, we visit the historic Chuquibambilla Hacienda, a 17th-century estate currently under restoration, rich in colonial architecture and original artwork. Lunch is enjoyed at Parwa, highlighting local flavors and nourishing cuisine in a relaxed setting. In the afternoon, we continue with a gentle hike through farmland near Mount Pitusiray, visiting the Urco archaeological site, linked to ancient agricultural and cosmological knowledge. We then explore the Inkariy Museum, gaining insight into Peru’s pre-Inca cultures and their worldviews. The experience blends nature, history, and community at an unhurried pace.

DAY 3
This experience begins with a scenic drive from La Base Lamay to the Sapacto highlands, overlooking the Sacred Valley. There, we meet our llamas and local muleteers, who help carry food and equipment for the day. We walk at a gentle pace through potato farms, wetlands, and open landscapes shaped by glaciers and colorful lagoons. Along the trail, we encounter herds of alpacas and llamas, while native and migratory birds accompany our journey. The route offers stunning views of the sacred Apus Pitusiray, Sahuasiray, and Chicon, deeply rooted in Andean worldview. We connect with local shepherds and farmers who greet us along the way. Hiking with llamas supports fair local employment and helps reintroduce llamas into the Andean ecosystem. A peaceful, meaningful journey through the high Andes, rooted in nature, culture, and community.
